Location & Booking
The proposal location must be selected and provided by the client. We create and install the proposal set up at your chosen location in NYC.
For setups taking place on NYC Parks property, advance approval and/or a permit may be required. Because the approval process can take time, we recommend booking your proposal at least 2 months in advance.
If you have already booked a private venue, rooftop, restaurant, hotel, or other private location, the 2-month advance booking requirement does not apply. The client is responsible for confirming that the venue allows the proposed décor and installation.
